A smorgasbord of a shave today. I have not shaved with the Darwin for quite some time, and it showed in the final result as I was a little heavy-handed.

The alum lit me up pretty good but overall it was a very nice DSBBS shave the witch hazel the Barber powder and all the other accoutrements made everything perfect

Also, the ADP soap proves again that it’s worth every penny, rather expensive but worth it with that wonderful colonia scent and although no menthol is listed, it does have a cooling feeling

The picture indicates a perfect shave, and definitely the winner of the shave of the week. With MDC and Castle Forbes it is hard not to get a perfect shave

The Fili 12 is also a perfect razor. And I would argue that they are the best overall straight razors on the planet. I am lucky that I have the 12 the 13 and the 14 the face feel, the efficiency of the steel makes this absolutely again the best razors on the planet.

Finished up with English feral, and the EDT from Castle Forbes as well
