Confused what the Niacin has to do with the hat...

Is an energy producing supplement required to fend off the ladies the hat will no-doubt attract?

Is the hat so heavy you need extra energy to complete your daily routine?

Please don't tell me it damages the nervous system. Sounds like something the govt should have intervened on.
