All Things Star Trek

Has anyone seen the newest series “Star Fleet Academy”? I just saw the pilot yesterday. So far, I am on the fence about this series.
 
We watched the first episode. I’m holding judgement for now. I figure the very first they’re trying out stuff to see what works. There were a couple good moments, but there were also a number of not so good. Boy! That holo character needs some work. Right now she’s pretty annoying.
 
I caught the second episode last night. I'd say It is still finding its footing, but this episode was more fun, on the whole. The show is developing a sense of humor.
 
I have to tell myself this is more a Trek adjacent series for me to relax and try to enjoy the stories without seeing stuff that irritates my Trekkie sensibilities. 😆 they do drop copious Easter eggs.
