Ok TSC Members we now have a set date,
APRIL 22-24, 2022
Also a set area for the host hotel.

Tentatively depending on the hotel, initial plans will be to have a breakout room for vendors/hobbyists, a breakout room for tsc activities, and a final evening luncheon or dinner with a charity auction maybe. Anyway we need firm numbers of attendees for negotiations on room pricing and breakout rooms to keep registration package price reasonably low. Again you are not required to stay at the host hotel, but we still need a firm number if attendees. This thread will remain open in conjunction with related polls and post related to our 1st convention
(More info in Hotel possibilities later but the Golden Nugget is a primary choice)

Please list your user name and your T-shirt size. Also list each person attending individually, again with shirt size.

This will be “THE” list, so barring any emergencies please only sign up of you are set on going. Also please note if you are planning to stay at a location other than the host hotel

I will also be there! Megan's shirt size is obviously assuming we have women's cut as well. Otherwise we will need to adjust size. But seeing as I probably in charge of shirt sizes I will handle it. LOL

OHHHHHH! My wife has us planning a trip to Charleston SC next year which will eat some of my leave time. Any chance of a "virtual participation" option? Haha.
