Thought I’d share this book I’m in the middle of listening to by Chandler Burr. He’s the. New York Times perfume critic and writes about the development of two different scents. But there is so much more to it. He covers how the scent business works, where components come from and some of the science behind blending scents. Would totally recommend this if you’re one of those that enjoys behind the scenes knowledge and stopping by the scent counters.
