I gave the Rex Page another try with 1 day of growth. I tried adding a washer so I didn't have to tighten it down as much in order to make the gap a little larger. It did not help. This razor is so mild I cannot get a great shave with it. Yes, it does whisker reduction but not DFS or BBS. I think it is time to put it on the chopping block. It is a shame because the razor looks great and feels great in the hand. It is also very maneuverable.
Today's shave was icy. All software had added menthol. I ground in a lot to my lather and was experiencing the freeze. Very good for a hot afternoon.
