BarberDave's Shaveapalooza

Yeah, this is just shaving. Go have a Snickers bar. These aren’t the droids you’re looking for so move along.
I was only asking. I know you're a reasonable guy that takes suggestions well and considers all opinions.

The best shave so far since we entered the lab blue gem diamond Challenge. With less than stellar lather today the razor still performed fantastically finished with all the florist accoutrements and was a great DSBBS shave.

Sadly, the Tsc’s Mrs. Kravitz decided to try to throw a wrench in my testing of the lab blue and gem diamond glide saying that I should be consistent with my soap, my brush, my razor, etc., etc.

With this logic, all tires would be done on the same track same weather condition same car well as we know that’s not right for efficiency smoothness, and everything else you have to have a variety of different things that you test on

Anyways, Mrs. Kravitz was always a bit delusional anyway

Have a great day folks
Did you use the gem or lab blue today?

do you think you got a smooth shave today because the blade was broken in some or was it more techniue? maybe you should try these particulare blades with some of your other soaps that dont perfom so well, more science!!

Already have been. But professor Kravitz thinks i should use all tje same crap. Nope,

Not science just shaving

Dont mind mr. Krabitz, still useful information on how the blades do under certain conditions. If u werent a master barber then maybe this experiment would be nill, but i find it usefull

The amount of misspelled words in the past few posts.....it hurts my head.

The lab blue/gem diamond glide, wars continue, today again with Floris, but this time No.89

A favorite of Ian Flemming’s and by default James Bond. This was the best shave with the lab blue so far I have six shaves on this blade so a total of 18 passes so far one more shave tomorrow on this blade and then we’ll switch to the diamond glide for the next five days

Also, it’s amazing how much a synthetic brush can change the properties of a soap as opposed to a badger. Yesterday soap was not the greatest, but the shave was wonderful today with a synthetic. The ladder was fantastic and the shave was fantastic as well.

One more day with DE and then St8’s for a couple of days

Have a good Friday folks
