Here’s something that I haven’t used in ages - this Lush Life soap is from South Africa and it’s vegan based, it has a very nice scent that’s hard for me to describe, it gives excellent lather that’s thick, rich, creamy, it’s not too slick but I can forgive that, it has a mild but pleasant menthol sensation, and it leaves a fairly comfortable postshave feeling. The Gold Bond moisturizer felt very soothing as well as cooling, and the Aqua Velva went on with a great chill as well as its wonderful old school barbershop scent that I LOVE. Three passes did the job for me - another awesome BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.
Great shave today! Decided to hobo-it yesterday, so today's shave was extra nice! Returned to my vintage Yardley suite of products. Not a lot of scent from the soap, but an incredible lather built with the PAA synth for three passes with the Karve and I finished with alum, followed by Thayers unscented witch hazel & the matching aftershave lotion, talc & EdC. Again, zero feedback from the alum.
