Thanks, Jeff. Not that cold. I would give it a 3.5-4 out of 10. One of the first menthol soaps I bought 14 years ago and maybe just 4 more shaves left in the jar.

The Williams Mug Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #217 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the AliExpress Classic Adjustable razor and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Nivea Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Wow, this Frozen Tundra is Rod’s second coldest soap after the Glacials and let me tell you that it’s capable of freezing a man’s face off. The scent is beautiful - it’s a blend of peppermint, wintergreen, and earthy notes, the lather is fantastic, there’s so much slickness, and its postshave feeling is so comfortable. There’s no shortage of menthol in the Gold Bond moisturizer and it’s so soothing. The Snake Bite aftershave is another menthol atom bomb that’s pretty well unscented so it doesn’t disrupt the beautiful Spicebomb fragrance. Another dynamite three pass BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Another fantastic shave this morning! Returned to the unscented Valobra era The Art of Shaving shave soap. Phenomenal lather from that Valobra base, built with the Semogue boar brush for three passes with the Karve and I finished with alum, followed by Thayers unscented witch hazel and Pierre Cardin Pour Monsieur aftershave lotion & EdC.

Another effortless BBS shave!

I was definitely sporting a grunge look because I am growing a goatee. Definitely needed to clean up and look presentable once again. Achieved an error-free BBS shave all around. Alum feedback was negligible. Finished with the witch hazel and the P/C aftershave. I feel clean and refreshed. Ready to face the Long Island arctic temperatures. Stay warm comrades.
