"The Singing Woodwright Shutterbug"
Hobbyist
Friends and Fellow TSC Family,

My name is Scott Tinker, known as Pipingtenor2570 here on The Cadre. Although semi-retired from singing opera professionally, I keep quite busy with a small and active woodworking shop as well as a photography studio in several states. Since 2010 I've been crafting handmade cigar humidors and cigar and tobacco pipe accessories, along with wooden bowls, wooden shaving bowls, lidded vessels, and lidded boxes. As a photographer, my work regularly takes me to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, Glacier National Park, the southern coast of Alaska, and well as the deserts of the southwest and to the plains of Kenya, Africa where I photograph wildlife; particularly mega fauna.

In cooperation with the owners of The Shaving Cadre, I will be offering handmade wooden pieces as well as photography prints for purchase in this thread. If you have questions about something that I post or want to inquire about price of purchase, please send me a DM. I will be very glad to discuss those things with you there.

Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the Hobbyists section of TSC. I look forward to connecting with you!

You make beautiful things Scott!

Will you be offering custom work or just sale of items here?
Great question! I am certainly willing to discuss a custom piece. Feel free to send me a DM if you have something specific in mind. I appreciate your kind words and your interest in my work. Thank you.

Awesome to see you as a hobbyist now Scott! Maybe you will inspire myself and a few of the other slackers (:p) to post more!
Can't wait to see more of your beautiful work!
