Supposed to be another warm up as you go kind of week. Thankfully only a 4 day work week though because of the 4th!

Use It or Lose It Monday!

Less time to run today due to schedule…so I set a quicker pace…to compensate, I guess? Not too bad. Half the distance and knocked a chunk of time off p/m.
