Sleep came a little bit rough last night as there’s a very large wildfire(over 1000 acres in less
Than 3 hrs )that’s only a few miles from the shop so that’s got me concerned. However, it is that time of year. Thankfully, the wind is blowing away from us, but that does put the northern part of Oracle,AZ and San Manuel,AZ under evacuation-so it was a Proraso quickie shave today.

Bowl lathered today, the Sorrentino Barzini was on lather duty and the Blackland Blackbird on removal duty. Finished up with Thayer’s lemon, some talc, Proraso green aftershave, and some very liberal Vasilly’s of Panama, Daytona

Have a good day folks

Well, down to the donut stage of the a AE Asian pear. So not too many shaves left on this one, so I’ll have to buy some more. Today the Doug Korn D7 was on lather duty with a TGN finest badger knot

The vector on removal duty it was a very nice DSBBS shave. Finished off with alum, Quinns Cucumber Mint WH, and in a weird twist as far as the parfum Stirling Mediterranean man

As weird as the combo of pear and Mediterranean fragrances, it actually worked out very well

Have a great Friday folks

Limearama!
So, for my Friday and last day in the shop, I decided to grab everything that I had that was lime. No rhyme no reason just lime.

Three passes today with the vector, DSBBS as expected, and the new blade is finally settling in to smooth, smooth, smooth

The only non-lime product was the witch hazel, using Quinn’s cucumber and mint. Of course the Sorrentino TSC anniversary brush was on lather duty.

Hope everybody enjoys their Saturday and their weekend and happy Memorial Day

Although, I hobo’d on Tuesday, coming back to the shop of course I needed to be just perfect and as a professional of course I needed to have the perfect shave

With PCN Verde in the soap and the bomb followed by the last remnants of the witch hazel by Thayers in Lemon, the Paladin PK 47 on lather duty and the black land Osprey on removal duty

DSBBS all the way, and finished off with AdG. For a wonderful start to the work week

Have a good day folks
