The Process-
Early morning shave today ... with the whole work thing and all. And ... opps I hit the snooze but once ... maybe twice. It was hard to get up early today for some reason. Decided to break out the new RR The Stallion set and give it another go. I think I have used it once or twice so far ... and it's just ok. The scent to my nose is rather sharp and chemical smelling ... then add on the powder scent just for giggles. I don't know. Anyway, it lathered fine and whipped up enough lather to work with, so there is that. Maybe it will grow on me or something.

I went with my standard shave of WTG, XTG and ATG with no drama to report. A quick easy shave and I am BBS for the win! Gotta love it. Wrapped everything up with just a splash of water and a quick pat dry. A splash of WH and a splash of the AS and everything was right as rain! The scnet of the AS matches the soap and has decent staying power. Life is good!

Home Front-
My goodness, it's been a crazy busy day trying to get users setup to work from home. Tomorrow is also my day to work from home and my team mates come to the office. Should be interesting.

Spouse unit is a Mammographer, kind of on the edge of essential personnel so may have to take some other tasks at the hospital or be on vacation.

The Process-
Didn't get to work from home today, so an early morning shave again. Don't know why, but the last two days have been tough getting up. And with that, the Slim got the nod. I kept the same software and changed up the hardware. The Semogue did a really nice job and kinda surprised me. The soap/AS today was not as sharp, maybe opening and using a bit helped. Or maybe my nose is adjusting, who knows.

I went with my standard shave of WTG, XTG and ATG with no drama to report. Another quick easy peasy shave and I am BBS for the win! Man I dig those kinda shaves.

Wrapped everything up with just a splash of water and a quick pat dry. A splash of WH and of the AS and everything was right as rain! Yeah, the scent was definitely more muted today and I noticed the dry down which is nice. So ... maybe my first impression was a little too harsh. Maybe. Life is good!

Home Front-
Had to come into the office today as we continue to prep our users to work from home. It has been another crazy busy day ... my goodness. I will be glad when this work day is over. Auto and foot traffic in downtown Dallas was really light again today. I think it may be kinda sinking in now.

The Process-
Lunch time shave ... oh yeah! How's that for a late shave? Our office is working from home the next two weeks, starting today. So, I slept an hour later ... yeah me! Then had coffee and set up my working environment. Unfortunately, I ran out of time before my work day starts, so it was a wonderfully late shave. Grabbed the MWF ... just because and broke out some other old school stuff. I did try the RR 400 today and I think I can dig it, but a nice broke in boar would be really nice too. Bloomed the Fat just a bit because it had been awhile and it whipped up a really nice lather. I loaded wet, but had plenty for the shave an post shave.

40 laps on leather and it was go time. I went with my standard shave of WTG, XTG and ATG with no drama to report. A very nice shave indeed. Nice, relaxing and I am BBS for the win! Oh yeah. Wrapped everything up with just a splash of water and a quick pat dry. A splash of WH and a glug of the AS and everything was right as rain! Even though I am at home, it was totally worth the glug. Man I smell great! Then, it was back to work. Life is good!

Ahem! It's supposed to be "because reasons." :ROFLMAO: I hope all is well in the MilkCrate house, Tim!

All is well up here. Settling in and hopefully ready to weather the storm. Thank you for manning the front lines and be careful out there.

CC Venture AS

The Process-
Got my shave on early this morning ... yeah! Kind of a weird week as far as soaps go, just feeling kinda random. So with that, I grabbed the CC Venture set. Also grabbed a different brush and went with the Semogue. The brush lost two hairs when lathering, which was kind of a bummer. Whipped up a nice lather though that smelled great. The only issue that I have with CC products is that they don't have the longevity that I would like. But it's all good.

I decided to go easy peasy and went with a DE today. Stayed with my standard shave of WTG, XTG and ATG with no drama to report. An outstanding shave and I am BBS for the win! Wrapped everything up with just a splash of water and a quick pat dry. A splash of WH and a healthy splash of the AS and everything was right as rain! I am digging the scent of the day as well. No coworkers, so I'll have to share it with the missus and the dogs. They approve. Life is good!

Home Front-
Got the shave knocked out and had plenty of time to throw on some clothes, grab some coffee, walk over to the computer and log into the office. Second day of working from home and all is well. Just settling in and working out the kinks. Unfortunately, I am not off work tomorrow, but I did take off all of next week. Yeah me! We are working from home for two weeks and I will miss one week because of the vaca. But, I won't complain. Be careful out there.
