Ramblings of a MilkCrate

That burn caught me off guard, didn’t feel it until after the shave. But a good run none the less.
A safe 10ish shaves with a blade is a damn decent run. I think that's about how far I got with my last one before I found the rust. I need to keep better track of my uses.

Same setup, process and results. Life is good!

Is the tonsorial scent still going strong, being in the mug and presumably left out like a mug soap?

TGITHMF! That's right friends and neighbors, Thank Goodness It's Thursday My Friday. I did wake up before the alarm went off. Yay me! Had a bit more time this morning but didn’t leverage that for an SR. I haven’t used the Old Type in some time, so it got the nod. Went with my standard 30 second load time and whipped up a nice lather. @GearNoir the scent doesn’t seem to be fading, maybe because I’m keeping the mug covered when not in use.

Went with my standard three passes of WTG, XTG and ATG with no drama to report. Outstanding shave and I am BBS for the win! That’s the ticket right there. The Old Type delivers every time. Easy peasy and smooth as glass. Man I dig this razor.

Wrapped everything up with a splash of water and a pat dry. A splash of the AS and everything was right as rain! That was a great shave to wrap up the work week. Life is good!

Home Front-
Crazy busy work ot some errands to run tomorrow. Wife has improved a bunch and that is great. I’m still sporting some congestion and coughing but it’s manageable. Wife is back to looking at cars again, so we may be test driving things again this weekend. I don’t think we have hard plans, but that could change.
