I don’t cook much, mostly just when I have to. But I’m told I do good with stuff that’s pretty hard to mess up anyway:

Pasta
Mac n cheese
Pancakes
Scrambled eggs
Fried rice

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast tacos
Lunch: Chicken wings
Dinner: Fish ala Creole
Snack: Smoked meatballs stuffed with cheese.
Dessert: Peanut butter pie

I know I'm off topic, but the best meal I've ever had (many, many times) is Mandarin Spicy Chicken from Sichuanese Cuisine restaurant at 12th and Jackson in Seattle. Sorry, but I just need to preach from time to time. But only about this one thing.

Indeed, they do. There might be a surcharge for delivery to Finland, however.

I had lunch there again yesterday--Mandarin Spicy Chicken.
