I believe not. The torqued slants were created in the 1910’s; where the Neo Gam was invented in the 1930’s.

I can imagine there can be a desire to tilt the razor to straighten out the head. Would be interesting to try to hold a DE at an angle to shave with it like that.

Nice recommendations Angelo! I especially agree with the GC. It could be a total one and done l, as far as needing to look for a good razor, for many shavers.
