Never heard of it but my google-fu kicked in. Looking at the image, the aged label says Lentheric. Searching Google it comes up with some vintage shave products, including aftershave powder.
Also found a link to an old sale for the bowl you have, confirming the brand name:

Finally, here's a link to the Wikipedia entry for Lebtheric brand... Old stuff (1800- early 1900s?).

I wouldn't be surprised if our own @CBLindsay has used it before. He seems to use everything vintage. Or even @BarberDave mainly because he's old and probably remembers the late 1800s

Well I gave it a run todayLike @mrdoug I googled myself into curiosity. Old vintage sometimes a wood bowl sometimes Bakelite and a good scent in its day in soap, talc and cologne. Cool piece. Let us know how it shaves
Not much of the scent left but it sure does lather up great. I scraped off some from the bottom of the puck and put it in my Timeless bowl.
I treated it like SV with a little bloom
and didn't not add any additional water .
Working it on the face it produced a very nice silky lather with nice slickness and cushion .
