Anyone have experience using this service? Thought about getting an account for the band where patrons can give a tip when they may not have cash. Had two people (one last week and one last night) asking if we had one. Any info would be most appreciated.

Dont like it , lots of hacking issues and scams from what I have researhed, I stick with Paypal IMHO

Venmo was purchased by PayPal and the security issues have been fixed.

I use venmo for many things. Personal, business, and different church activities I'm in charge of with the Knights.

My transfers occur in less than 24 hours usually so never pay for the expedited service unless you are desperate.
