Tiki bar Pumpkin Lager soap

Hello folks,

our member here Spider sent me a puck of Tiki bar pumpkin lager soap. I like it a lot, but as I understand it is discontinued.

Do you know any similar product, which is available? Thanks !

Tiki Bar soaps are still being made by CF/Groomatorium. You could contact them and see if they could still make you a small batch of that scent.

Thanks, but $15 for 120 ml cream is just too expensive. I`ll stick with local bulgarian (Karo, Top Ten, Viking) and turkish (Arko, Derby) creams here, which are under 70 cents for 100 ml.

Can't argue with that logic!

Then I'm not quite sure what you are looking for. When you say similar product, do you mean scent wise or performance?

Performance. I don`t care for scents at all

It`s just shaving

OK, sorry I thought you were looking for that scent since you mentioned it being discontinued. I'm not sure that you are going to find an artisan soap of similar quality for much less than that. That's about $3.75 per ounce which is about as cheap as it gets for artisan soap of that type. If you don't care about containers, you can always buy refill pucks and save a couple bucks.

HoneyBee soaps, one of our TSC vendors, has soap for $7 for a 4oz tub, or $5 without the tub, and you can get a better deal if you buy a 6 pack of refills..... but it is a different type of soap than the Tiki soap.

Thank you ! I will look for this Honeybee ?
I am not familiar at all with artisan soaps, actually my only 2 soaps of this type are Mystic Water Egyptian Dragon and Tiki bar. They are slick and with better protection than my other products.

Kapo, check out Stirling. Performance is outstanding and price point is extremely good as well. There are also a ton of scents that you'll be able to choose from.

Since I live in EU, shipping is too much. I never tried Stirling, so, first I should see if I like them ?

Similar soaps to tiki will not be available for the price of arko etc.

If you don't care about scent at all and only performance, you can stick with arko or get the Palmolive sticks as they have a nicer scent with the same killer performance.

As Nav mentioned, Palmolive Stick is a great choice. Inexpensive, triple milled so it will last a while, plus it has a clean herbal/soapy scent that is in a similar vein as Speick IMO.

Another great option would be to pick up a few samples from Maggards. They have a huge selection, top notch customer service, and their shipping prices are very reasonable for International shipping.
