Tallow and Steel Yakushima

Tallow and Steel is set to release their 2nd Japanese themed soap tomorrow. Kyoto was a real winner for me, I'm seeing the bottom of the tub now, I use it, a lot. No soap is better for my skin than T&S, so it's in my rotation 2-3x a week.

Ryan is sayin that Yakushima is probably his most expensive soap to date, due to the scent ingredients. Yuzu and various cedars being the prime indgedients. Sounds like a perfect scent with fall coming up.

Kyoto sold out fairly quick, so thought it would be worth dropping a notice here if anyone's interested.

Yes, but just ONE of their soaps shipped from Canada to the USA is $30 & change!!! That's just too much IMO.

Living in Europe, his reasonable shipping makes it cheaper than most of the US artisans to me. But if. you like a soap that lasts half a year, does that little extra really matter? Not to me anyway.

And so did this one. It is gone. I received the email announcement from T&S today at 3:01 PM and it sold out very quickly as it was not available when I looked shortly before 6:00 PM (Pacific Time).

I agree with your assessment of T&S. In my mind it is top of the heap, absolutely stellar.
