Straight Razor Shaving Photoshoot

Good evening everyone! I hope this week is treating everyone well.

I'm excited that I'll have the chance to craft a straight razor themed photoshoot this coming Friday. A young man has hired me to do some slick portraits of him, and he has agreed to pose for a few shaving portraits for me. He has a great attitude and willingness to try new things. Of course he won't really be shaving, but I think I can make it look as if he is. I'll share the finished images with you here.

In the meantime, here are one or two images I've taken of the model on past occasions.

A little preview from my photoshoot with Grant today. This image is cropped to maintain Cadre standards. He's a trooper and game to try anything. I really dig the juxtaposition of a guy shaving with a suit jacket and pants but without a shirt and no sock or shoes. He also expressed interest in knowing more about traditional wet shaving and straight razors. I told him I had very few answers, but knew of a bunch of men who had tons of answers and information. Referred him to The Cadre.
