Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave with which to kick off the new month. Returned to Stirling Soap Co. and their "Lime" shave soap. Fantastic crisp, lime scent with super thick and slick lather built with the Paladin "Falstaff" 2-band badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the Gillette Super Speed and I finished with vintage Shulton Old Spice "Fresh Lime" aftershave lotion & Clubman "Citrus Musk EdC.

Hope you have a great day. :)

Shave of the Week Starting 01/07/2024

English Tech razor
EuroMax blade
Vie-Long Silver Tip Brush
Kent Shave Soap
Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
Various A/S

The Kent SS I have is a tallow version that works wonderfully well, giving a fabulous lather. Using a badger brush after using synthetics for so long is quite an adventure but worked out ok. The Vie-Long is a very nice brush. The English Tech is a treasure for me. Smooth/effecitve/comfortable = very nice indeed. So my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave this morning. Keeping with the "lime" theme, I returned to ETHOS Grooming Essentials and Frank's "Fresco" shave soap and skin food. Great lime-forward scent with hints of basil and spearmint. Very refreshing aroma blend! Super thick and slick lather built with the Simpson "Chubby" 2 Super Badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the Gillette Aristocrat and I finished with the matching skin food splash & Creed "Erolfa EdP.

Hope you have a great day. :)
