Hello all. I had heard these guys were pretty good at replying to problems. I sent them an email over a week ago and still no reply. Nothing. Doesnt sound like good service to me !!!!!!
 
I just wish i had one of the artist club bladed safety razors instead now and i wouldnt even worry about it because thats what i really want anyway... Im just frustrated...sorry..

Try contacting them again...maybe even leave them a comment on Facebook or something. I am sure it is an oversight...and something just got lost in the shuffle. I know @Dave in KY had a pretty good experience (I think) with their service.
 
I've seen that it's hit or miss with Rockwell customer service and quality control on Reddit. Hopefully you get that cap replaced sooner than later, Jimmy.
