Razor threads stripped. Other sites say contact them (rockwell) even rockwell person said contact them. I did and automated reply said they would be in contact within 48 hrs. Well it's been over a week. No reply...What happened?
Try contacting them again...maybe even leave them a comment on Facebook or something. I am sure it is an oversight...and something just got lost in the shuffle. I know @Dave in KY had a pretty good experience (I think) with their service.I just wish i had one of the artist club bladed safety razors instead now and i wouldnt even worry about it because thats what i really want anyway... Im just frustrated...sorry..
