Years ago there was a Williams shaving stick produced in South Africa that had a very nice rosy scent. Myself, I’m not a huge fan of that kind of scent but there are a few exceptions. This Roseline soap is one of them as well as the Williams stick and two others.
On to the review of this soap:
Ease of lathering: 10/10–Excellent. This one explodes into thick, rich lather fast.
Longevity of lather: 10/10–Perfect that way too.
General skincare: 7/10–Pretty good although it’s not a slick soap. Almost identical to the Williams stick.
Scent: 7/10–Very nice. One of the few rosy scents I like.
Price: N/A—I traded for this one. In South Africa it’s quite cheap apparently.
Would I buy again: 8/10–Yes I believe I would.
Mohamed Peer in Durban, South Africa , the owner of River Valley Trading is a great guy and a very knowledgeable man about wetshaving products and he works with a nice woman who manufactures most of his soaps. There all vegan based because the woman doesn’t use tallow in anything she produces.
