Recommendations for stain removal

I have two silver plated double ring Old Types that date to 1905. Both are in great shape and cleaned up beautifully for the most part. I've done dawn, whitening toothpaste, three baths in boiling water with baking soda. This removed all the tarnish and both razors cleaned up except for some stubborn stains on the handles. I've tried just about everything. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you get the handles cleaned up/ polished? After Dawn soakings for days & toothbrush scrubbing my silver plated RFB’s, I’ve used silver polish & it worked great.
