Just want to wish the very best and prayers and condolences to the families and friends of the five Marines that were lost in the helicopter accident north of San Diego

It’s never easy to lose your breath in whether it be in combat or during peace time

As many times as I have been up and down in a helo with the Marines, I count my blessings that I made it out unscathed. My heart goes out to the families.

I agree I spent the better part of my entire AF career with in a KC-10, 135, HH60’s, C130’s and or Ospreys. Not to mention jumping out of most of them I too consider myself very lucky
