Per the Zoom call this past Sunday. Someone. Was nice enough to send some boxes of Apricot jello so I could make my moms recipe
2 boxes apricot or Orange Jello
1 box vanilla pudding
1 container cool whip
1 bag chopped walnuts
1 can minced pineapple or 2 bananas
Per container make jello and allow to lightly set up. About 1 hour. Once soft set stir up and add pineapple and or sliced bananas. Pour into a 9x9 deep pan
Make vanilla pudding per box and allow to set up. About 15 mins. Pull from fridge and mix with entire container of cool whip
Remove jello from fridge and pour pudding/ cool whip mixture and spread with icing spatula
Gently crush the walnuts in the bag and pour entire bag onto pudding/ cool whip. Place back in fridge for at least an hour or more. Enjoy
Make a lot as it won’t be around long, and is perfect for a hot day. Very refreshing
