Welcome David! Glad you could join us!

What are some of your favorite razors and brushes?
Thanks for the welcome! I’m more obsessed with soaps and scents, with razors and brushes taking a back seat. That said, I love my Leaf, Fatip Testina Gentile, R89, and—best of all—my Feather Popular, a cheap yet wonderful razor. My favourite blade is a toss up between the Treet Platinum and green Astra.

Welcome @Pontormo! Glad to have you join us! What got you into wet shaving???
Thanks for the welcome. Working in a small, independent second-hand bookshop from 2008 to 2015, we handled lots of house clearances and often came across vintage razors, brushes, and blades. I think that’s where my interest began. Plus, I was pretty disillusioned with canned foam, shave oil and cartridge razors around that time.

Great origin story! Mine was similar, I spent a lot of time in antique stores looking for vintage coffee items and next thing you know I snapped one up and the journey began!!
