Thanks for the welcome! I’m more obsessed with soaps and scents, with razors and brushes taking a back seat. That said, I love my Leaf, Fatip Testina Gentile, R89, and—best of all—my Feather Popular, a cheap yet wonderful razor. My favourite blade is a toss up between the Treet Platinum and green Astra.Welcome David! Glad you could join us!
What are some of your favorite razors and brushes?
Thanks for the welcome. Working in a small, independent second-hand bookshop from 2008 to 2015, we handled lots of house clearances and often came across vintage razors, brushes, and blades. I think that’s where my interest began. Plus, I was pretty disillusioned with canned foam, shave oil and cartridge razors around that time.Welcome @Pontormo! Glad to have you join us! What got you into wet shaving???
Great origin story! Mine was similar, I spent a lot of time in antique stores looking for vintage coffee items and next thing you know I snapped one up and the journey began!!Thanks for the welcome.
