We usually don't like to show how the sausage is made but, we were having all sorts of issues with our last shipping software. For some reason, it was not showing all of the options we had set up (and in some cases was not showing any options) so, we dropped them. We just onboarded new shipping software yesterday that allows us to offer more shipping options and for the most part, lower prices. International customers will be especially happy that they can now choose between USPS, FEDEX and two DHL options (where available).
