I was gifted this razor Sunday. Unused and still sealed.. curious. Maybe they saw it at a sale and picked it up for me.

The Razor:

Appearance: The razor appears a very close resemblance to the legendary Assured Razor we’ve seen before. The weighs a good deal more and the quality in general is much much better. I suspect it to be a Weishi from a cursory look about Google. Curious, I dug out the Assured and a Flair tip Gillette for comparison sake.

The center Razor is the One Touch in all these photos.

I will give this razor a go in the near future. I got carved up a bit today. It should wait till the repair crew takes care of hull plate damage.

The knurling is different from the baili razor, but it looks of similar build. TTO knob is the same. The baili is a decent razor.

One of those was actually my first DE. I still had it and used it occasionally until last year with i gave it to a friend at work that was curious to try a DE. Pretty mild but not a bad shave. I originally picked it up as a travel razor as at the time i had only used straights and didn't want to not shave on a week long work trip that i was planning to just take a carry-on bag. Walgreens used to carry them in the As Seen on TV section for a while

I've got one, it is a Weishi, nice shaver, nothing to be afraid of. It's comparable to a regular Super Speed Flare Tip.
