Mail Lady Had A Treat In My Box

So when I got home this afternoon.
Walk the dog up to the mailbox. And don’t you know.... had a package stuffed in my box.
From Hesperia, California.
Immediately I noticed there was a MAJOR PROBLEM!
I ordered one tub of soap. Insurgent.
This package had TWO! WTF!
Obviously this guy Chris doesn’t know the first thing about business or customer care.
I ordered ONE. Paid for ONE. And damn it I expected to get ONE.
Hopefully I will be able to get this resolved very soon.
Until he has the opportunity to do so. I will be withholding the name of the vendor.
It may have been a simple mistake.
I’ll keep you guys posted.

I was pleasantly surprised when I extricated the package and felt two tubs.
First use was very good. He makes a damn good soap.

I live in Maryland and crazy thing is, I have been to Hesperia.
Looong time ago. But have family friends that lived there. The motorcycle side of my youth.

In my opinion, he makes phenomenal soap. I know he's at the top of quite a few member's favorite artisans. I hope you continue to enjoy your shaves. And if you're so inclined, his premium base is top-notch and worth a try...of course that's just my opinion.
