Ooops, I was going to make a video yesterday with more of an explanation and forgot. In short, the poor little samples are sitting here in all their glory, but at risk for losing scent or drying out. And we also realized that for a little more than the cost of sending in three samples to get three back, you could try a whole big box of stuff.

So the current plan is making the library pass around only. It will do a tour, get cleaned up a bit and go out again after a little break. But we'll see. I really thought we would have a bunch of guys signed up already. So if there is no interest it might just fizzle out.

I wonder if it could be because of how close to the holiday? People could sign up and wait to start shipping until January if needed.

Yes, starting sign ups now. This won't start until January.

I actually like the idea of a continuous pass around. People can either send you samples for the next one...or add to the box as they get it. I know I participated in something like this a few times before...and it changed my perception of what I wanted in a soap forever!

Im still on the edge about entering this.
They are a very good way to test out things before you buy them. I did one before and found that I really liked some things I never would have thought that I would, and really didn't like some things I was ready to buy. So it helped me to put what little money I had for soaps into something I liked and would use instead of buying something I didn't like at all. The shipping cost involved saved me a lot more money than I spent on that.

I made a list of things out of the box that I really liked and kept that for when I was ready to buy. Made things a lot easier for me having been on a really tight budget at the time. And it was just a fun experience overall getting to try so many things I never would have gotten to otherwise.

Shawn really put it well. There is a lot to learn when it comes to soap. You think you might like a scent and then realize you don't. Or you are sure you don't like a particular type of soap...but then you do. To have a wide array of soaps at your fingertips for a week...you really can learn a lot from the experience.

In other words...Just Do It!!! 🤪
