King C Gillette Heritage vs. King C Gillette Walgreens

Thought I would post this as I haven't seen any showing the differences.
The heads are different thicknesses as are the plate grooves. The heritage plate grooves move in different directions as the Walgreens are going the same direction.
I keep hearing it's a Mulhe R89 but now I wonder what the other is.

The Heritage is definitely either a real Muhle or a clone of it. Some early rumors said it was an EJ89, which is essentially the same. The KCG looks like a half baked clone of the Merkur with the "gull wing" profile and straight scallops. Both are excellent beginning shavers designs. Of the two, I prefer the handle of the Heritage because it was a stylized copy of the original New fat handle, which is my favorite Gillette handle..

It makes sense that the Heritage is a Muhle, EJ either copied it or theirs is a Muhle as well. (I probably just violated my own English heritage with that statement) Regarding the KCG you make an interesting comparison. A Muhle/Gillette style three piece or the travel version Merkur. It is definitely German as mine came, as with everyone's I'm sure, a paper spacer that had German on it.
