Received my Karve OC with the c-plate yesterday. Had a great 3 pass shave.

Voshkod blade (1st use)
Post shave elixir (unscented) by LNHC
All around great shave!

Nice one! I tried the Karve set in a pass around a while back. Found I liked the Rockwell 6 s/c both better and the 6c was more in my budget. May grab a Karve at some point on a BST if it comes at the right time with the right plates.

The only other open comb I have is the timeless bronze. Compared to the timeless bronze with a voshkod blade the Karve open comb with the c-plate to my face and skin type gives a much smoother more efficient shave. I have tried 6 different DE blades in the timeless bronze and 5 out of the 6 have given me a rough shave. The Voshkod being the best for me. I am going to try different blades in the Krave will update from there.
