Interesting little blade

Found this when the wife was looking through an antique shop. It was in a Gillette New case with a Contact razor....so it was a bit of a hodge-podge find. Just curious if anyone knows any info about it. I have no plans to use it.....of course.

Personna also came out with a twin edge version similar to the Japanese Schick Injector II, but for DE blades.

The Twin blades are amazing! Wish they were still in production or easier to obtain.
