Decided I’m going to try and maintain some kind of training/running, in anticipation of doing the Charity Marathon again next year and/or simply continuation of the extra level of fitness it’s brought.
First post-marathon (non OT workout) run was this afternoon. Almost 5 miles but mistakes were made. I started too early in the afternoon and today happened to be the warmest day of the week (75 but felt more like just over 80 in the sun). Should have waited till later. Maybe another couple hours; at least till the sun was lower and there was more shade. Still, I did it!
