My journey into wet shaving began around Father’s Day 2017. Since then the abyss opened its mouth and swallowed me. Many different acquisition disorders caused me to learn rather quickly what I like and dislike in the wet shaving world.
My my name is TJ and I’m a southerner and a beach bum at the same time. I enjoy collecting knives and shooting sports. I also home knives as a hobby but have yet to even try to shave with a traditional straight. Never tried to hone one either. Wife and two kids are my main focus after God and I hope that you all realize that there are 12-15 people here that have a wealth of knowledge that is shared freely. Take advantage of it, ask all questions as none are dumb and stupid. Someone else has had or will have the same issue you are asking about and probably can tell you how they resolved it.
