Last month I ordered few wooden bowls from saponoficio. Today I came around to finally use it and it didn't go as planned. Did any one experience this as well?

Yeah...That's not good at all! I would check with their Customer Service and see what they can do. I would like to think they would replace it. Let us know how it all turns out!
Came home from work I put the puck in the bowl. I loaded the brush and started face lathering. Then few minutes later it popped scared the crap out of me.
