Honing in Sacramento?

My best friend's wife just bought him a nice 4/8 Solingen made straight, but he thinks it's not sharp enough.

Does anyone know of a reliable person he could take it/send it to for honing?

He's in the Sacramento area, if that even matters.

I’ve done some preliminary searches, there’s some cutlery shops and tool sharpening shops, but I haven’t found or heard of anything specifically shaving related locally.

Thanks Chris! I sort of figured but thought you'd be the guy who'd know. In that case I think just getting it to Kyle is the way to go for him.
 
Sooooo... a few of you in Sacramento?? I sense a meetup in the near future!
