I am about to blow up my long-standing membership at another forum. The atmosphere (not all, just some) over there has degraded into personal attacks and biased behavior.

Primo welcome back, but please be cognizant of the fact that items that are mentioned on another forum can bleed over to this one. We have done a very very good job of not having that happen. Although we do not understand your situation, and not trying to tell you what to do, but please consider we do have members that belong to multiple forms, and that we do not need any bad light to be shut on them the trailing back to this form as well. Thank you.
