Sharon and I wanted to wish all of you a safe and Happy 4th of July. 2020 has been a challenging time for all of us. Sadly many fireworks shows are being cancelled so its not much but here is a video.

A happy 4th to you too! I was married on the 4th, and that, alas, ultimately didn't work out, so it is a bittersweet day for me, but I still celebrate the good times. I hope for you and yours a very safe, healthy, happy holiday, and to all my newfound friends here on TSC I wish the same!

Happy Independence Day All!
I live in a dry, fire-prone area with an average wind speed capable of lofting lawn most furnishings if they are not sat in, tied down or folded...canceled or delayed IS the name of our annual 4th of July show. Our official show(s) end up being in September. In recent years access to boomers and professional grade stuff has increased so we really get a month long panoramic view show from back yard that starts mid June and lasts through July. Works perfect for me, I enjoy the noise more than the lights but this weekend I’ll surely get both.

Happy Independence Day my friends!

Our fireworks show is about 1/4 mile away from us at the sports complex. Usually it’s an all day party with live music, food, merriment and fireworks. The Sports Complex was closed today, but they still launched fireworks. You just had to watch from a distance. Not a prob for us, we always watch from our driveway.

The strange thing here is that there are 2 places doing their 4th of July fireworks tonight on the 5th one is from our lake landing so either you watch from cars or our boats and the other is a local church and its a stay in your car event. So I guess in some places the fireworks are continuing tonight too. So if you live somewhere that decided to wait until the 5th enjoy your fireworks tonight and stay safe....
