I am from Bulgaria, and wet shaver from 10 years. I shave every day. My daily driver is Gillette Super Speed flare tip Z-1 code, Shea moisture brush and Barbon AS. Arko stick is widely available here, and the price is cheap, so, I use mostly this soap. The creams are all bulgarian, like Kapo, Top Ten.

About the blades : exclusively Polsilver and Gillette Platinum, which cost me about $5 /100 blades. Derby Extra is even cheaper, so, sometimes I use them too

Yes! I love our international members! Welcome to TSC! And welcome to the Cadre! Arko is my favorite soap on a budget, and honestly, if all the artisans stopped making their soaps, I would likely use Arko. I love Polsilver SI blades! While they are cheap here...they are not that cheap!

Happy to have you here. Your set up sounds solid. Arko is a great performer but the smell can get a bit old. I forget who but I think someone from the Cadre (probably NurseDave) picked up a Bulgarian soap or cream.

We have a somewhat unique design in that our forum exists as a stand alone outside of our actual website. It is hard to explain why it is this way but it means there are 2 ways to view/participate in the forum. Our forum exists as a stand alone, independent of the wordpress site as well as being embedded in the wordpress site. There are small differences in the way it looks and behaves depending on how you access the forum.
To access the forum directly point your browser to https://www.theshavingcadre.com
To access the forum via the wordpress site point your browser to https://theshavingcadre.com
The differences aren't very significant but it may be worth trying both ways to see how you prefer to view the sight. We anticipate we will eventually reach a size that will require an alternate forum host platform but that may not be until next year or later.

I personally find the function of the site on both my computer and on my mobile device much improved when accessing TSC by the https://www.theshavingcadre.com version.
