So what is your favorite 4th of July movie or TV show? Do you have a tradition? It doesn't have to be patriotic - there were a number of films released during the 4th weekend.
For me though - there are two TV series that I watch during this time every year.
One is the History Channel's The Revolution and the Other is HBO's John Adams - from all the books that I have read - these seem to be the closest to providing the best details for the formation of the United States.
I also have one guilty pleasure - Top Gun ("*Sniff* I'm sorry about Goose *Sniff*, Everybody liked him. *Sniff* I'm sorry")
and of course "I was inverted.....You know, the Finger"
