Dave in Ky’s Motorcycle Journeys

I've been thinking of past long trips I took and missing having a bike. It was such a part of me that my friends still ask how I'm holding t together without a bike after 2 years. I tell them "Shaving" but that's just a diversion for me. Thought I'd throw up a couple pics hoping to get KJ to share so I can live vicariously thru his rides.
1st a couple shots from a solo trip down the Nachez Trace to Louisiana, along the coast to Florida and back home. 1st on the Trace and 2nd I believe Gulfport, MS area.


Next a trip to PA to go to Maine with my Uncle by way of the Blue Ridge Parkway where it was raining and hard to see.

For some reason I hate long trips in a car but think nothing of jumping on my bike and going to see a friend in Tampa, FL..........................and have done that in a 12 hour straight run down there. Left KY in the morning and there for dinner.

I concur! Possessive usage in non-possessive verbiage is a pet-peeve of mine.
