Bill has been watching me learn how to shave with a straight razor on my YouTube channel. I have been following HandleBarberDave’s instructional videos which I find invaluable.

As a little incentive to keep me motivated, Bill was extremely gracious and sent me one of his freshly honed “China Wonders”.

I ordered a bunch of these because I liked the scales over many the more plain versions of Gold Dollars.
So far, I have found them more challenging to hone than the ones I had to grind off the stabilizers myself.
No one should ever wonder why I call them China Wonders, but they ‘can’ be made to shave.
