Best modern adjustable

Been looking at adjustables and wanted some input.
Which modern adjustable do you like best?
The three that look enticing are
Parker variant
Merkur futur or qshave
Merkur progress

Thoughts?

I have the Parker Variant and the Qshave. both are very nice shavers but make a ton of noise as the blade has very little support. . It took me a bit of practice to dial in the Qshave but the Variant is a better razor for me.

The only modern adjustable I’ve tried is the Qshave. It’s price tag (under $10 in my case) is very attractive and makes it worth trying. I have no complaints about the qshave but I am far from a DE expert, I lack the ability to provide useful detail. Other than saying the quality of the budget qshave is not at all bad and the Shave was as good as any average DE I’ve used...I got nothing.

Once again late to the discussion. I currently own the Parker Variant, Merkur Progress (short handle), and the REX Ambassador. Of the three, I like the REX the best, however I would not have even thought of getting it if it wasn't fr a group buy that I participated in. Even then, the REX cost more than both of the other two razors combined. Between the Progress and Variant, I have to go with the Progress just on the smoothness and comfort of the shave alone, however the Variant is my preferred razor by just a hair (whisker) because it is all metal and has a grippy handle and dial. In all the years the Progress has been in production, I don't see why Merkur did not spring for a metal adjustment knob and a better gripping handle. I had the Qshave/Ming Shi long before it became popular and found it to be a poor imitation of a bad Merkur razor. The new crop of Weishi/Qshave and Viking Blade I have not tried, and based on some of the reviews, I have no interest in trying.

You can always spring for the mergress upgrade. I’ve been wanting to get the Mergress almost since I started this journey.

I seriously thought about that for a while, but kept talking myself out of it because a razor shouldn't have to get an aftermarket person to make it the way it should have been done. Then the Variant was released and after that, the REX group buy came up. I still enjoy the shaves I get from my Progress, but even then, I got hold of a vintage non adjustable Progress and that was IT for me.
