I don’t think there is such a thing. Even if you did find some kind of source, you have to match the tubing size exactly for proper fit.
The folks who mass manufacture them likely just sell the whole spray piece with tubing as one unit, so tubing isn’t really meant to be swapped and replaced since the whole unit is probably cheap to make. They figure people will just buy a new atomizer.

Darn. Those atomizer still work well but the need new straws for the fluid

Long shot but maybe you could try a medical equipment store or some kind of hydroponics store?
You could also find a way to measure the inner diameter of the tubing needed to connect and see if there are cheap atomizers online that could match the size.
Overall, unless you’re filling the frag vial with the same fragrance, it’s generally agreed that using the same atomizer/vial for different frags is not the best option. Depending on how long an atomizer has sat with fragrance in it, the smell can leach into the plastics and may affect the scent of other frags you try to put in it later, even with a soap and water or everclear type cleaning.
i liked teh way some of these older vintage style perfume bottles look, wich is why i wanted to reuse them.
@novicewetshaver , Do you ever buy things like nasal spray or other stuff with sprayers ?? The reason I ask is because I have had pretty good luck using pieces like what you need from things I have recycled ..
I know dollar tree has some bottles of nose spray and what not that you could get and use the parts from...
Fairly much any spray bottle thats empty could have the parts pulled from them to use if you can find the right size.. Please Make sure to wash out the tube if you can before reuse.. I hope you are able to find something that will work for you.. Best wishes ..

Oh @novicewetshaver , I also just did a quick look and you could also check medical supply placed as they have a lot of different size tubings for things like IV's , feeding tubes and catheters and other stuff.... It appears the name of the actual tube you are searching for is " atomizer feed tube ".... I hope that helps you.... Good luck my friend..!! Best wishes..
