I "piggybacked" on a friend's Amazon Prime order recently to meet their $25 min. for free shipping and received 100 Astra SP blades for $6.69!!! Cheapest price on Ebay for 100 is $9.60. Great time to buy!! ☺

Definitely! I pulled the trigger on 400 of them. I'm set for a long time.

I’m still waiting to hear if these are legit. Lots of poor reviews on Amazon, saying they aren’t like previous Astras.

Great price. I overpaid back in October when I picked up a 100 pack on Amazon for $7.35. Should have waited for this price drop 😂. As far as I can tell, the blades I received were legit. I compared them to blades from a sample pack I bought back when I first started wet shaving (August 2019).

Those reviewers are full of BS as are many rookie shavers on the forums always crying "Fake blade!!" to compensate for their lack of prep/technique. Yes,counterfeit blades exist, but they are rare as rocking horse dung here in the USA. Hell, those knuckleheads thought that laser etched blades were fake!!

Whoops! Sorry, I forgot to report. I tried one out, and had no problems. It seems the same to me. The caveat is that I don't seem to have the problems a lot of people have with different brands of blades, Derby Green excepted. So I may not have the golden face needed to make the determination.

The Astra SP is among other blades made in Russia by P&G. I think all these blades come out of the same factory in Saint Petersburg and the only difference is the wrappers. I like them all.
