Art of Shaving Rose Absolute Shaving Cream

I need to note that another shaver posted on a forum that he had received one of these and was disappointed that it was rock hard and had no scent. I got mine, and although dried to croap consistency, they still have a lot of wonderful scent, even to my old nose.

You twisted my arm! Thanks, John, I just snagged one. I've been looking since the 1st time I saw you commenting about this cream elsewhere. I really enjoy a good rose scent.

I hope you like it. Another shaver complained that his was hard as a rock and had no scent. Mine have a firm croap consistency and have some great scent present even to my old nose.
 
When I first started wet shaving I thought there was no way I was ever going to shave with a rose scented soap or cream let alone douse myself in aftershave. It's funny how you have these preconceived notions and then change your mind when you find out that rose scent does not always equate to memories of Great Grandma. I will say that I am still not a huge fane of just straight up rose scented stuff. But when you add it to other scents...man does it smell great!

Yes, mine also has a croap consistency, but the scent is very nice. I knew these were NOS and expected that the cream would be quite firm.
