An old newbie ... or was that "a new oldie"

I've been shaving for many a decade, but usually just once (sometime twice) a day rather than "continually".

Razor preference
Over the years, I used carts, DEs, straights, AC-type straights, shavettes, blah blah blah, but I have now pretty much settled into the injector as my whisker-killer of choice.

Blade preference
Schicks last me a month of great daily shaves, while Pella/Personnas only deliver the goods for a fortnight.

Soaps or Creams
Soaps all the way! (duh!)

Aftershaves
Lilal Vegetal, Floid (any type), Proraso green, Speick and Pitralon are all great

Brushes
BOOOOOOOOaaaaaaarrrrrrr!!!!

Lathering technique
Face latherer 99%
